VOLUNTARY WORK
August - September 2001
NTU Northern Territory University, Australia.
Worked on a small remote island just off of the north coast of Australia with a group of scientists researching flat back sea turtles. Work involved collecting statistics on the female turtles which were laying their eggs on the beach. I had to record how many eggs were laid and how many were hatched or unfertilised. The female turtles also had to be measured and tagged for tracking. I assisted with taking DNA samples from some of the dead baby turtles and also an autopsy performed on an adult turtle.
 
HOBBIES & INTERESTS
I own a Power Mac G3 and a Pentium II PC which I use for 2D and 3D computer design. I also like drawing freehand utilising different media. Other interests are music, films and TV.
